Player Evaluations - helpful tips
Know our schedules - posted daily, updates as I have them. (UPDATED TUESDAY, 20 FEB @ 1230PM)
Be prepared for all weather (cold, wind, sun, etc) and playing surfaces (grass, turf, indoor)
Goal is to be outside as much as possible...weather looks to cooperate this week.
Be properly equipped: cleats, shin guards, socks over shin guards. Not equipped , cant' play.
Bring running shoes for track work (2 mile run, 40 yd dash) as well as any soccer shoes you want.
Players - its your evaluation. Rest, Nutrition, Hydration, Stretching, etc anything you need to be ready for a 2 hour session for 3 consecutive days you need to prepare for. Indoor weather, Outdoor weather, grass, mud, turf, track work, etc.....
SCHEDULE SO FAR:
Monday, 19 Feb. 8-10pm at Pot Falls, Turf. (COMPLETE)
Good First Day. Little chaos with logistics and incomplete paperwork for many of us. But we pushed thru.
Solid outing on turf with approximately 75 some Titan athletes trying out for boys soccer.
Tuesday, 20 Feb. (UPDATED) FIELDS ARE CLOSED; PRACTICE TIMES HAVE CHANGED!!
DHS FIELDS ARE CLOSED. Due to other sports being "off campus" we are shifting our try out time start to 615pm and will end around 815pm. Player check in starting 5:30pm in the DHS Cafe. Player led warm up at 550pm. Player Evaluation - Day 2 held in Aux Gym and Main Gym starting by 6:15pm Be properly equipped to include shin guards, indoor shoes or sneakers.
All Paperwork MUST be submitted, received, and processed by main office PRIOR to your evaluation.
Wednesday, 21 Feb. (UPDATED as of 21 FEB at 2:45pm) FIELDS ARE CLOSED; PRACTICE TIMES HAVE CHANGED!! DHS FIELDS ARE CLOSED. We are following our normal "inclement weather" schedule. Player check in to start 7:30pm at DHS Cafe. Player led warm up at 7:45pm. Player Evaluation - Day 3 held in Aux Gym and Main Gym starting by 8pm. Be properly equipped to include shin guards, indoor shoes or sneakers. We will be done by 10pm.

Friday, 23 Feb. Initial Team Meeting
4:15pm LL504; Meeting starts at 4:30pm
FOR PLAYERS WHO MAKE THE PROGRAM. Mandatory meeting for players, and hope at least one parent. MONDAY, 26 FEB @7pm in the Chorus Room. Further discuss expectations, rule/regulations, time management, program goals, parental involvement, and answer any questions you may have prior to start of season. Payment portal ($150 to LCPS) will be open on Friday, 23 FEB.
